Crits and weaknesses forces the target to not move on their turn completely.

May accelerate or decelerate in front or behind each other. May also take turns avoiding each other's attacks by moving away and or use your gun attacks to attack each other in a distance.

Ramps maybe used to jump in the air and then land 10 spaces to the right 7 spaces. However they cannot act for the rest of their turn. The next person who follows right after the first can ram into them without missing and force their enemy to move further to the right.

Bridge map where it collapses  as they go along. They lag behind, they fall and lose the battle.

Hecate is distrustful of humans, but will be willing to work with Psyche-Terrorists to make sure the Government doesn't regain control like before in Suzie Q.

Skelter wants to fully control everything. Will never bow down to demons.

Skelter and group meet up with the PT party. They all head into the abandoned streets in Suzie Q to meet with Hecate. They'll see a group of demons, including a human-looking woman. She will introduce herself as Hecate and certainly a pleasure to meet them. Will ask if they truly took down Invidia.

Hecate can act coy. But can make demands.

Skelter will take it all in stride and say they did. Will bid the other party to tell them everything about it.

Hecate will have some passing remarks about the pushiness and tyranny of the angels. Will wonder if  the God above has something planned. But based on conversation, may agree to join with the Skelter group under one condition. She wishes to test their strength. Alliances are good and all, but she wants to reassurance. Negotiations will be they help them take down Acedia. Then they can help them take down the other demons group in Suzie Q.

Though if they negotiate well enough, there won't be a battle.

PvS Skirmish begins.

Include lady demons too. Strix. Kikimora.


Their efforts in taking down the district head can be proven useful to take down another demon gang.

Investigations can lead to her wanting to protect her own fellow demons unlike the ambitious demon who simply wants to fill up Invidia's spot and rule for Isla. Isn't particularly that ambitious. But they can learn she's hurting for help after being routed by that last skirmish in a long while.

Also she hates the Government. Actually stayed down-low while Invidia was around. Doesn't particular care much about humans, but will work with them as needed. So she will end up questioning their motivations and their methods.

However, in the investigation, they can learn of the rumors that Dakini isn't the one who runs the gang. Rather, another demon, who works from the shadows to keep the group alive. In the meeting, Hecate can show up.

Dakini will be remarkably stand-offish while questioning their credentials with suspicion. This may piss off Skelter. So a battle may begin with Dakini. After the end, Hecate can barge in to break up the battle before anyone dies. But she can be brought up if the Skelter group mentions her. Such a thing will impress Skelter since they were able to find out something very few people know about.

Have Hecate's human form within the crowd of demons in a more noticeable silhouette.

One may talk about Dakini. How she's fierce, but loyal to her own. And wants the best for her group. Doesn't have much in the way of ambition. Though currently fighting against another demon gang led by Anahita. She is vain and ambitious in comparison. Note she's so full of herself that she thinks the government might actually take up on her offer once she wrangles with the rest of the demons in Suzie Q. Rooting for Dakini, but it's currently a stalemate.

There was a lull in the busy streets of Suzie Q. For all of the media figures displayed on the giant television screens embedded in the buildings, everyone swept past the dancing and speaking figures behind the screens without much care. Now as the morning rush hour waned, the bustle of activity ebbed almost as part of a clockwork system. True, people were pretty scarce around these parts now as the mass majority were still in the middle of a basic maneuver of going from Point A to B. But there appeared a couple of people lounging around, just sticking around in their free time...

Old Man will have nothing to say. But will remark the deadly mass murder in the Sunlake Palms Church. Shakes head and wonders what exactly the Cadets are doing. Especially if it's worth the exorbitant prices to stay in Sunlake Palms.

Silver-haired man will remark that the Lucky Seven Casino changed hands, not sure exactly who to.

Drug Dealer will remark there's been a lot of factionalism going on the Psyche-Terrorists. Especially now that the Platinum Playhouse is going to lose a lot of momentum initially with the capture of their leader. Will have heard about Dakini, lots of demons hang out with her. But won't know much since he just peddles drugs. He'll try to sell some to them.

Scarred Businessman, won't know much. But will cringe at the mention of demons since he almost nearly got killed by one. Will touch his scar on his face. Says he's not too worried, since there's someone out there that's neither both Cadet nor Psyche-Terrorist who'll eventually deal with demons. Will cryptically remark that there will be a purge from the Almighty to cleanse everything.

Patrolling Cadet. Someone to avoid. Though if talked to, will show some suspicion as to why they're asking the question. Will mention they're something to be avoided, especially at night. Troublesome demons to be vanquished, but knows there's a fight out between them. Will pray that they kill each other. Will wonder why they talked about it.

The girl seemed relatively wary of Frog at first. It really wasn't every day you got someone to get into your face asking questions, especially if it was something about what was going on in the district. But that precaution slowly melted away with the name 'SMILE' uttered from his lips. Of course, journalists. Always being such a busy bee anywhere their nose didn't need sniffing, well at least one of them was like that. The rest were just mindless drones for the Government if that Platinum Playhouse dude on television was to be believed. She thrust out a hand and demanded to the Psyche-Terrorist.

The flush on her cheeks was barely noticeable, but it didn't cause her to fluster at Frog. She counted the currency in her hand given by Frog. When satisfied, the girl jammed it into her pocket. It looked like she wanted to say more, but glancing at the digital clock at one of the giant televisions in the buildings, it looked like her time was up. "Hate to break it to you, hot stuff. It looks like I gotta vamoose. If anything, stick around tonight. Heard something's going on, something about the two and a third party wanting to get in with the fun. Might be your cue... If you're feeling brave. Ciao~"



As Frog finished his short, but scant conversation with the girl, it appeared as if the rest of the loafers in these parts finally had to leave as well...

Come to the empty streets. Dakini and gang will be there with Skelter with Ronin.

Though skelter first, introduce Ronin to the players. Dakini will appear with gang later.

As they appear, they'll discuss about the terms of the alliance.

Skelter's demands: To lead the alliance as a whole (can be convinced to just handle the muscle against the district heads)

Dakini/Boogeyman's demands: To retain control of their own gang and for Skelter's team to take out Anahita for them or with them. But this will be veiled as as just enemies for now. If revealed, could pressure Dakini into caving to Skelter's demands. Especially when you mention Boogeyman.

Dakini will look down on Skelter, due to having been captured once. Still looks out for her bretheren as the rumors say, so will resist Skelter taking any control of their group from them. This may tick Skelter off

Key for players for Dakini to work with them:
1. Appeal to how much she cares for her bretheren/ same with Boogeyman.
2. Also how she must be desperate for something to break the stalemate with Anahita, before the Cadets re-instate their power.  
3. Helter Skelter beating the Suzie Q District Head, to prove their power.

If none of the Keys are used to get Dakini to work with Skelter, alliance will not work. Depending on how bad the conversation goes, Skelter may fight against Dakini and Boogeyman.

Keys for ticking off Dakini/Boogeyman:
1. Skelter threatening to take over anyway, players must convince him to stop and take this diplomatically.
2. Failing to do the keys above.
3. Threatening to help out Anahita instead.
4. Obvious things as pointing out their group as weak as they kowtowed to the order Invidia layed out.
5. Prematurely outing Boogeyman. And threatening both Dakini/Boogeyman.

If successful, arrange everything so that the Skelter NPCs take on Anahita with Dakini/Bogeyman. While Skelter players take on Acedia with a portion of the demon horde from Dakini/Bogeyman.

Queen Bee Claire will greet Moth and Frog.

Notes it's a newcomer.

Meeting in some abandoned streets. Meeting tomorrow night to get things ready.

Based on information, believes Concert Hall would be the place. Might be some areas where people don't pay attention.

>Skelter threatens Moth. Knuckles cracking and glare.
>Dakini is smug, takes after Moth. Will relent and agree with Moth.
>Dakini is first to say she wants to knock out Anahita. She's getting too ambitious and wants to establish herself for the government. Wants none of that. Keep her turf safe.
>Skelter will state he is going big. Wants to take on the government and break it all down. Let demons rule the streets.
>Dakini will scoff and mention how they're even going to do that. Even considering they can't even do a meaningful dent to the Government. Though she will seem receptive to the idea and will point out she knows Skelter isn't Playhouse anymore.

This is the point where the players can point out they killed Invidia. Skelter can provide proof by pulling out what appears to be a badge, one that is held by District Heads in the next post.

"Y-you damn bastards!" Dakini hissed after the last bolt of lightning hit her and caused her body to sizzle from the damage. Knees suddenly bent and hit the black cool asphalt as the end of her golden staff hit the ground. Her eyes flashed murder despite the weary and wobbly appearance. The spirit may be willing, but the flesh was weak. However, the sound of clapping interrupted the scene as the ghastly Boogeyman strode between the two sides. He could see the demon begin to protest, but he immediately shushed her as he cooed. "Dakini, enough. I won't have them ruin your pretty face any longer. We can't have both leaders of our group have ruined visages, can we?"

The demon glared back at the Psyche-Terrorist for a moment before tersely nodding. She slowly morphed to her earlier form. But just like the latter, it was just as damaged as she slowly got onto her feet and gave a stink-eye towards Frog and the rest of his team. Naturally, her frown furrowed at Newbee's smirk.

"They up to your standards?" A sneering Skelter brought himself to the center of the renewed discussion. The pleasant smug on his face was clear for all to see. He ignored the glare from the defeated demon as Boogeyman chuckled darkly back at him. "Quite rough on the edges some of 'em... *Khaff!* But... they'll do just fine. Especially that little one of yours that can use multiple Personas. You'll be pleased to hear our little gang will accept your offer for alliance. After all, we both have a common enemy every mask-wearing criminal in this sham of a city share... I take it we'll discuss about our next moves, yes?"

The ends of his smirk deepened at the news. It was now another forward step closer to his goal, but there were several more to go. He gestured Alice closer towards him and addressed Boogeyman. "Hah, would like to. But let's slow things down a notch. We're attracting too much attention from the Cadets with all of this racket just now. Come by our crib the next night. We've got plans to discuss. Alice will brief you on how to get there before you turn in for the night. I got a few words for some of my underlings before we vamoose."

"Hnnh... *Khaff!* ...Then by all means. I will look forward to what plans you have in store. Until the next moon rise,  Helter Skelter." The Boogeyman wheezed as he made a formal, yet mocking bow as he began to leave with Dakini and her group in tow. But before leaving, the Psyche-Terrorist made a curious glance at Frog for a second. And, of course, an Alice began to trail after them as promised. When the footsteps began to recede away in the distance, a smug Helter Skelter looked back at the group.


"You actually expected less from us? That hurts, Boss. I haven't spent all these years just letting the metal in my hands rust, y'know?" Ronin scoffed as she leaned on one leg after already sheathing her blade. Her one hand rest lax on the blade's hilt while the other held her hip. She didn't seem at all displeased at the confession--if it could be called one at all. "You're gonna want all of us to attend the grand war room tomorrow, aren't ya?"

"Obviously. Can't have a plan going without all of the pieces together, Raw-Nin!" Queen Bee chirped as she jumped near Skelter and leaned against his shoulder. She continued unabated as Skelter didn't seem to mind while ignoring the deadpan glare from the swordswoman. "You'll be with me, Alice, and Skelter keeping up our end of the bargain with burlap-face, even you Newbee! Sooner we get that done, the better. If Dakini's any indication, Anahita can't be worth hot shit with us teaming up. We won't be bored though, since it's a big group. Gonna be a helluva scrap when we get there, kicking asses and taking names. And 'sides, Skelter wants to get Boogeyman to donate a few of his goons to help our other team hitting up our next District Head."


Almost on cue, Skelter immediately began to address Frog and his group. The Psyche-Terrorist seemed expectant, but also confident as the he spoke to them. "It's about high time you kids go on another hunt. Sunlake Palm's the best target we'll have after what happened last night. You'll want to hang around the wider neighborhood and see what info you can get from the sheep there. If there's anything I know about that place, it's been too quiet and too populated for long. Something's up with those "homeowners". Hell, you can even hit up the City Hall and see what you can learn from there. Whatever it takes, get what you can so we can kick this bastard's shit in. Just remember to tell me how his face looks like when you lead those demons onto his doorstep. I'd wager he'd be pale as all hell by then."
