Rehabilitated Cadet Class

Psyche-Terrorists are the bane of the Queen's society. When they are caught, they are always rehabilitated for further use by the Government. Some may receive a Tainted Soul Persona through Isla's blessings like the rest of the Cadets. However, some Psyche-Terrorists maybe too dangerous to justify having such power. Psyche-Terrorists who are caught and rehabilitated at Initial Rank 6 or higher are put into the Rehabilitated Cadet Class instead.

The Rehabilitated Cadet has a similar skillset like a Forgotten's, but they lack the Last Life class skill. They may however, get to have a mutated skill. Or make their own mutated skill. On top of this, they get to retain any soul skills they have. Upon maxing out, they will get a Tier 3 soul skill instead. You may still retain your level, but you start out at Rank 4. Stat points via rank up follow Forgotten's as well. You have the option of being the rehabilitated class if you're not at Rank 6 yet. But if you are and over, it is mandatory.
