-Ability for supernatural skills to damage the environment, and what that is derived from, if at all
-Capability for fine manipulation of the effects of supernatural skills by user, and what that is derived from[size=8](edited)[/size]
Currently agreed and concrete:
- Specified user intention affects the way that skills impact around them
- By default, offensive use of a skill means there is an assumption that the user intends to damage what the skill targets
- Any specifics of a skill's manifestation may be contested by staff or other players
