Day 12WC Thread with Frog and Shiina. Show it.
>Meet Julius to head to domiona. Class introducing the Bibliotheca. Will take until aftermoon. So allow an option to do a work thread or whatever.
>Sunlake Palms investigation begins. Option to use Raidou, the Reporter, or any of the Sunlake Palms NPCs. Or even online. The Reporter will remark that many of the citizens have housing here and the prices are surprisingly high. Thinks there may be debt or some kind of pyramid scheme going on here, at least her instincts are telling her. But also leads to contracts that aren't as beneficial to the homeowners. Believes the threat of being homeless, especially with Psyche-Terrorists and Demons around may be enough to have them shut up and put up with it. May hint that someone in the government handles this they will need to head to town hall. Same with the online. (--> Afternoon, they will meet a receptionist who can tell them and ask if they need that official's services for anything like if they had a schedule with him)
Raidou also notes this, but remarks someone in the town hall possibly handles this. Says an official, Mark. Also notes people have been seen near him who end up disappearing. Possibly being eaten or turned into demons themselves. Can use the Raidou rumors to bring him out. Will need to confront a Sunlake Palms official, turns out to be a demon, Melchom. Take him down and get his records. (--> Evening, they jump him and try to force him to spill the beans. Sub-boss fight. Also retrieve a thumb drive full of records.)
>Chosen Cadets are sent to Domiona. Some of the Cadets will be waiting in the lounge as Julius and the King have a private conversation. They can talk with some of the Domiona servants. They are devil summoners, Persona Users, and Demons. One of them will be cocky/moody and look down on them for being blinded by the Queen. However, one of them will hush the other. Depending on how conversation goes, Lisa might be close to starting a battle. When a battle does begin, Julius and the King will break the fight. Both will be very angry at them.
However the conversation will be about how free Domiona is and how people do get along out of symbiotic relationship. Also deriding Endymion for its oppressive nature. One of the Domiona henchmen will note how the King seemed shocked about Lisa and wonders who she is.
During the conversation, King will talk with Julius. It'll be about trade routes and agreements. Julius turns conversation back to about the Mad Dog incident and demands he sends him back. King will reply that he's already been released back on his own, in fact escaped on his own before any of his men could suppress him. (Mad Dog was "accepted" in political asylum) Also they will talk about how Isla wants him to join her again, but the King will reject the offer as they can never see things eye to eye. King will mention "that" isn't isn't Isla anymore.
If no battle begins, and as the Domiona people mention about Endymion, that will be when Julius comes out. He'll seem calm, but angry. Tells them it's time to leave. SQs may be awarded for this depending on how it works.
>If afternoon Psyche-Terrorists goes to the town hall to meet him. They will instead meet a receptionist. She will want to know why they want to meet Mark. Will ask if it's anything involved with debt/loans, housing, and whatever. Sunlake Palms district government has been giving generous loans to people, as the receptionist put it. Hoping that as people find a place here in Endymion, it'll help get a bustling economy and to help out with the community. If a schedule is made, then they can meet in a few minutes as he conveniently doesn't have much on his schedule right now. Will call him first and say they can meet him.
They go to his office and introduces himself. Will hear out their issues. Will mention there is a way to resolve debt. Death is usually the case where it will be resolved, no questions asked. And definitely through monetary payments. Of course, there is one where only if they sign up for the loans. However, it is only after they sign themselves up for the debt. In very fine print, if they have rank 3 intelligence, they can notice there is a clause saying they may increase the debt under their own jurisdiction.
Will serve up expensive debt plans with very nice housing reserved for the highest debt. Even low-housing is also hurting the bank. But there are great benefits. Including the location inside Endymion, the state of its economy, and the safety it provides with extra Cadet patrols in the neighborhood. They can choose a debt plan and eventually be told about resolving it in one go. However, will give them time to think it over on the debt. No need to sign anything yet.
But if they refuse, it will be unfortunate and they all leave. However, the secretary will say to them "Good luck in the Forest at night." Thinking they accepted the plan, after seeing so many people. When they don't play along, the receptionist will say no more. Pretend to not know anything. They can meet Mad Dog at a distance away, gesturing them to follow. He'll fill them in on his own investigation about what they would know if they accepted the plan.
>A scene here. Have the IJ members talk with auctioneer or his flunkies on the terms of how to set up the next auction. The point is for continued cooperation. IJ provides the capital and hosting (including capturing demons and humans) for the auctions. While the auctioneer organizes it and has their doctor continue the drug production. Auctioneer and doctor are both guarded against the IJ. Do a little convincing on how to get the doctor to work with them. Since they like the drugs they've been producing. They will need to capture a demon for the deal to happen. Alraune.
>Alraune in a dungeon dash with the IJ players and IJ WC.
>Another Kuzunoha mission. The dungeon with the Kuzunohas.
>Skelter Sunlake Palms stuff. Mark will be chasing a indebted human. It will be seen that he has a camera, as if recording the whole thing. PTs have a choice of either letting him kill the victim and ambush him. Or they can jump in the way and stop the demon to save the human. +3 Understanding, but no ambush. He will be prepared. They win, they get thumb drive of records. They can talk to victim and let him on his way or to tell him to talk to the Reporter about what happened. He won't have much other than he was in debt and needed to get out of it. Black Dog will be a tension to help out and will note they can set up their attack in the next day.
